This calculator shows you exactly how much money you would make or lose when the market reaches a specific price level.

Simply enter the instrument you are trading, your trade size, and the entry and exit prices - the calculator instantly displays the result in both currency and pips.

It works with every major asset class (Forex, indices, stocks, commodities, crypto) and can be used to measure both potential profit at your targets or potential loss at your stop loss levels.

1. Select the instrument you are trading (for example: XAUUSD, EURUSD, AAPL).

2. Choose your trading account currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).

3. Select the trade type - Buy or Sell, depending on your trade direction.

4. Enter your trade size in lots or units. (You can switch between lots and units using the gear icon next to the Trade Size field.)

5. Enter the open price of the trade.

6. Enter the close price you want to measure the result at.

7. Press Calculate.

The calculator will display:
- Profit or loss in money
- Profit or loss in pips (when applicable)

Yes - this is one of the main reasons to use it.

Before entering a trade, you can test different price levels to see exactly:

• how much you will make if your prediction is correct
• how much you will lose if your stop loss gets hit
• whether the trade fits your risk plan
• whether the reward is worth taking the risk

It also works for limit and stop orders: Simply enter the planned entry price and your desired target or stop-loss price, and you instantly see the outcome.

Only for Forex pairs. Most of the time the calculator fills this automatically.

As a general rule:
• For pairs quoted with 5 decimals, 1 pip is the 0.0001.
• For pairs like JPY (3 decimals), 1 pip is 0.01.
